Family Support Worker

We are looking to recruit an exceptional candidate to the role of Family Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will work in partnership with parents, carers, and pupils in a school context, developing positive relationships to support student development. Your focus will be to enable pupils to have full access to educational opportunities and overcome barriers to learning and participation. The post will focus on preventative and early intervention activities to meet the needs of families, coordinating with specialist services and other partner agencies where appropriate. Ultimately, we are looking for a committed candidate with an uncompromising belief that all students deserve an outstanding education. You will uphold an inclusive ethos, working closely with identified families to increase engagement with their child’s learning and the school community.
