We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, suitably experienced and qualified person to join our pastoral team. The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, including English and Maths (GCSE grade C and above), good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience of small group work or one-to-one intervention with primary or secondary pupils is essential; and understanding of relevant policies, codes of practice and awareness of relevant legislation would be advantageous.
