Facilities Manager

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, highly motivated Facilities Manager to lead our estate in line with DfE Good Estate Management guidance and our Jesuit ethos. As Wimbledon College is due to join the Sancta Familia Catholic Academy Trust this academic year, the post holder will also work collaboratively within the Trust. You will act as the school’s lead Health & Safety and Fire Officer, support sustainability initiatives (Caring for Our Common Home), and oversee physical site operations (including our on-site swimming pool), commercial lettings, and in-house catering. Key Requirements: IOSH Managing Safely qualification (or commitment to achieve within 6 months) and Level 3 NVQ/A-Levels. Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams (premises, catering, admin). Sound understanding of UK statutory H&S compliance, DfE estate standards, and contract management.
