Start Date: September 2026 or As soon as possible
Salary : £29,622 - £41,712 (G4 - G8) depending on experience
Contract: Permanent, full time, 48-52 weeks per year (a more term time only contract is negotiable for an exceptional candidate)

The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring that the school's buildings, infrastructure, facilities and equipment are safe, secure, compliant and fit for purpose. Working closely with the Bursar/Business Manager, you will oversee both day-to-day and planned preventative maintenance, lead the management of the school's premises and facilities, and ensure that all statutory compliance requirements are met.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming and well-presented environment for pupils, staff and visitors, ensuring that the school remains clean, well-maintained and an excellent place to learn and work.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with extensive DIY / Maintenance knowledge as well as experience of being responsible for the care and maintenance of premises.

Be an experienced facilities manager or ambitious facilities officer with relevant facilities management experience
