About this role
About Epsom College Tokyo
Epsom College Tokyo is a new British international Preparatory School opening in Autumn 2027, located in Uchikanda, Chiyoda-ku, minutes from Tokyo Station. The school delivers the British National Curriculum to children aged 3–11, forming part of the global EDUC8 Group alongside Epsom College UK (est. 1855) and Epsom College Malaysia.
Pupils progressing through Epsom Tokyo follow a clear, connected pathway: Primary (EYFS–Year 6) at Tokyo → Secondary boarding (Years 7–11) at Epsom College Malaysia → Sixth Form (Years 12–13) at Malaysia or Epsom College UK. Curriculum alignment between the schools is deliberate, and Tokyo teachers collaborate with Malaysia colleagues as part of that process.
The school is pursuing COBIS pre-authorisation as its accreditation pathway. Regulatory approval to operate in Japan has been secured, facilities are confirmed, and early admissions engagement has begun. As this is a founding team, you will have the opportunity to join a project with momentum, not starting from nothing.
