Executive Headteacher (Strategic SEN Role with Site Responsibility)

Responsible for: SEN Leaders
Direct responsibility for: Designated SEN schools
Location: Kings Cross/Twickenham
Contract: Permanent (52 weeks)
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 pa
Role Purpose
The Executive Headteacher provides strategic, system-wide leadership across all SEN schools within the organisation while also holding direct executive leadership responsibility for designated sites.
The role balances hands-on leadership of specific provisions with strategic oversight, quality assurance, safeguarding accountability, and improvement leadership across the wider SEN portfolio. The postholder ensures consistency, quality, and compliance across all SEN provisions and supports Headteachers and SEN Leaders to deliver excellent outcomes for children and young people with complex needs, including ASD and SEMH.
