Executive Assistant to Senior Deputy Head

Woldingham School is seeking an exceptional and highly professional Executive Assistant to support the Senior Deputy Head in the effective leadership and management of the School. This is a pivotal senior support role for an organised, proactive and discreet individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage a wide range of responsibilities with confidence and sound judgement. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the Senior Deputy Head, providing high-level executive and administrative support, coordinating strategic and operational priorities, and ensuring the smooth running of a busy office. With excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, the postholder will demonstrate initiative, flexibility and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality and service. Salary: £35,921 - £37,482 (FTE: £43,279 – £45,160) All staff receive free lunches and refreshments.
