Highly organised and proactive, you will bring excellent written communication skills and advanced digital expertise across Microsoft 365. You’ll be confident in analysing data and producing clear, high-quality reports for senior leaders, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
With strong relationship-building skills, discretion, and professionalism, you will remain calm under pressure, take initiative, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and high standards. Exceptional diary and calendar management skills are essential, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and coordinate complex schedules effectively. Ideally, you will have previous experience working within an educational environment, along with an understanding of governance processes and experience supporting boards, committees, or senior leadership meetings.
