About the Role We are seeking an experienced Exams Team Leader to join our MIS & Exams team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong understanding of examinations administration, JCQ regulations and awarding body requirements to play a key role in the successful delivery of examinations across the College. Reporting to the Examinations and Assessments Manager, you will support the effective and compliant operation of all examination activities, leading on Access Arrangements, supporting and directing the Exams team and deputising for the Examinations Manager when required. You will work closely with curriculum areas, support services, awarding bodies and students to ensure examinations are delivered efficiently, securely and in accordance with all regulatory requirements. This role would suit an experienced examinations professional looking to take the next step in their career or an existing team leader seeking a new challenge within a large and ambitious further education college.
