Are you looking for a role which offers flexibility and excellent job satisfaction? We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to take up the role of Exams Officer starting in September.
The role will be to coordinate the running of internal and external examinations including making the necessary arrangements for special considerations, invigilators and the submission of candidates, and ensuring the examinations process runs smoothly for all.
For this role, you will need to have:
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A positive and supportive approach to working with students with special educational needs and disabilities
High levels of professionalism to work in partnership with school staff and parents
The ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong administrative and IT skills
Starting salary: £4,786 per annum, actual (£27,224 FTE).
Hours of work: 7 hours per week to be worked over one day per week (8.00am – 3.30pm), 41 weeks per year (term-time only plus two weeks, to be worked over the summer holidays).
The working hours for this role can be flexible and hybrid, with the exception of formal examination periods and GCSE results day.
