About this role
The National Online School are seeking a highly organised and proactive Exams and Data Officer to lead on the administration, coordination and delivery of all internal and external examinations and accreditations. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring our pupils have the best possible experience of the examination process, working in line with awarding body regulations and the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ).
Some Key responsibilities are:
Manage examination entries, registrations, timetables, candidate information, results and certification, ensuring deadlines and regulatory requirements are met.
Maintain examination calendars, records and documentation to support compliance with JCQ regulations, awarding body requirements and NOS procedures.
Coordinate examination logistics, including secure handling of confidential materials, invigilation arrangements, online proctoring, access arrangements and contingency planning.
Monitor awarding body communications and examination systems, implementing administrative requirements within agreed timescales.
Support the implementation of new qualifications, examination boards and assessment arrangements as the school develops.
Maintain current knowledge of examination regulations, qualification frameworks and relevant assessment requirements.
Based out of a central office in Wimbledon, our National Online School supports UK-based exceptional neurodiverse children and young people aged 7 to 19 who have special educational needs and disabilities typically associated with autism, social emotional and mental health needs and associated disorders. Most of them will have experienced multiple placement breakdowns and significant trauma, often resulting in emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA), with significant periods out of education.
