We are seeking to appoint an Examinations Officer to manage the examination cycle, including planning, timetabling, invigilation and results, as well as ensuring the smooth running of all external examinations and the efficient completion of all aspects of pre-and post-exam administration.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to work calmly and methodically under pressure, with high standards of organisation and attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex processes to strict deadlines. Ensuring compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations and examination security requirements is essential. Additional responsibilities include management of a team of invigilators, timetabling and running of mock exams and assisting with the timetabling of internal end of year exams.
