Estates Manager

The Howard Academy Trust is seeking a highly effective Estates Manager, to start with immediate effect. This role will be based in the Estates Department, within the Central Operations Team of the Trust.The Estates Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of school estates, ensuring safe, compliant, and well-maintained environments aligned with the Trust’s long-term strategy. The role combines hands-on leadership with oversight of maintenance, compliance, budgets,
