We are currently seeking an experienced English Teacher to join our English and Literature department. This role involves teaching Key Stage 4 students at the secondary education stage, delivering engaging lessons that inspire a love of English language and literature while meeting curriculum standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience in secondary education.
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 4 English curriculum.
- Proven ability to plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons that meet diverse student needs.
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and engage learners.
- Ability to assess student progress accurately and provide constructive feedback.
- Good communication skills for liaising with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
- Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., Qualified Teacher Status).
