Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field with recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
● A minimum of 2 years of successful teaching experience, preferably within an international British-curriculum context.
● Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature aligned with the UK National Curriculum for KS3.
● Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, student-centred lessons that develop reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills.
● Skilled in positive classroom management that promotes respect, responsibility, and a culture of learning.
● Experience using formative and summative assessment to drive student progress and attainment.
● Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, leadership, students, and families.
