About this role
Positions available in Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Worcestershire, Coventry, Solihull
Bright Outcomes is seeking passionate and creative English Teachers to join our growing team of trauma-informed professionals supporting vulnerable children and young people aged 4 to 25. This is a unique opportunity to deliver highly personalised learning to young people who may have experienced barriers to education, including SEND, anxiety, exclusion, emotionally based school avoidance, or school-based trauma.
Due to the experiences of many of the young people we support, our staff are referred to as Inclusion Mentors rather than traditional teaching staff, reflecting our relationship-based and holistic approach to education. This is a peripatetic role, involving travel to home and community settings to deliver flexible, individualised provision. Working within our home-based alternative provision and approved exam centre, you will help learners rebuild confidence, achieve qualifications, and develop positive relationships with education.
Alongside direct teaching, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide guidance, support, and subject expertise to non-specialist staff to help strengthen maths delivery across the organisation. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, compassionate, and committed to improving outcomes for some of the most vulnerable young people in our communities.
Benefits include: 10% PPA, Mileage Allowance, Resources Allowance, Paid CPD time and Holiday Pay
