Lancashire Alternative Provision is a supportive and inclusive school focusing on students with SEMH needs based in Blackpool, dedicated to providing quality education tailored to meet the needs of all students. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher to join our team and will teach KS3 and KS4 English/Functional Skills.

Job Description:
As an English Teacher at Lancashire Alternative Provision, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that inspire a love of literature and language among Key Stage 3 and 4 students. You will work closely with colleagues to create a positive learning environment that supports student progress and development.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong command of the English language
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners
- Understanding of Key Stage 3 and 4 curriculum requirements (training provided)
- Willingness to learn new teaching methods and adapt as needed
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with secondary school students
