You will be contracted to work 42 weeks of the year, 35 weeks of which being our contact time and a further 4 weeks will be directed during half terms to complete other activities such as course writing, marking, revision sessions etc. The timing of directed weeks/hours will be confirmed, and staff will be off for the remainder of the half terms. It is expected that staff will work the necessary hours to fulfil their duties and responsibilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Teaching & Learning: Teach English Language and/or English Literature across iGCSE, International A Level and IB programmes. Deliver engaging, high-quality online lessons that develop students' literacy, analytical and communication skills. Use assessment data to monitor progress, adapt teaching and support student achievement. Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment with high expectations for all learners.
