We are looking for an ambitious, charismatic teacher to join our campus based in Wallington. We are a therapeutic school, delivering a trauma informed model to pupils aged 5-16 years of age. We are looking for an English teacher who has the ability and passion to provide an outstanding education to our pupils. We have high levels of support to deliver an adapted curriculum, such as clear curriculums, teacher and child pedagogy, staff wellbeing teaching toolkits, CPD and strong levels of senior leadership coaching and support.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with pupils with additional needs and will have an understanding of behavioural management. Our model supports leaders to work hand in hand with staff to ensure staff wellbeing and management is compassionate and progressive.
We have a well formed leadership team who have successfully driven several Ofsted inspections and accreditations and are looking for a teacher to bring energy and their own personality to our classrooms. We welcome onboard ambitious candidates.
