BASIS International & Bilingual Schools Chengdu opened in 2022 and serves students in Grades Pre-K – 11, with courses eventually being offered through Grade 12 and a capacity of over 1,800 students. This beautiful campus is our first to house both an international and bilingual curriculum in one location. As an English Language Arts teacher, you build upon this foundation of language and social science skills and knowledge, covering topics such as the writing process, grammar, reading comprehension, and literary and rhetorical devices. You also collaborate with fellow teachers to create interdisciplinary lessons incorporating other subjects such as drama or history.

You will also: 

• Foster meaningful relationships with each student to ensure a personalized and successful learning trajectory

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Bachelor
• Teaching Experience: 2+ years
