About this role
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teacher of English Language and Literature to join our High School Mokotów Campus.
You will deliver high-quality lessons across IGCSE, A-Level and/or IB Diploma programmes, supporting students to develop strong literacy, analytical thinking, and a deep appreciation of language and literature.

The successful candidate will:
Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons
Teach English Language and Literature across secondary programmes
Use assessment effectively to monitor and support student progress
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
Provide regular feedback and evidence of student progress
Contribute to enrichment activities and wider school life
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching and learning
Requirements:
A degree in English, English Literature, or a related subject
A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS or equivalent)
Experience teaching English Language and Literature at secondary level
Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom practice
Excellent spoken and written English
Commitment to safeguarding and to working within a structured school environment
EU citizenship or right to work in Poland
