English as an Additional Language/ Learning Support Teacher

Descripción del empleo: We are currently seeking an exceptional English as an Additional Language/ Learning Support Teacher teacher to join our successful team at International College Spain. The EAL & Learning Support Teacher enables all students to access and thrive within an inclusive international learning environment. Working collaboratively with teachers, families and specialist staff, the postholder provides targeted support for students developing English proficiency and those with additional learning needs. Through high-quality intervention, effective classroom collaboration and a commitment to inclusive practice, the successful candidate helps ensure every learner achieves their full academic, social and personal potential within the IB framework. Candidates should be enthusiastic about teaching their subject to students in an international setting. While experience and familiarity with the MYP and DP programmes are desirable, they are not essential. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their subject and international education and committed to ongoing professional growth and student learning.
