Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, or related field (minimum requirement). - At least 5 years of teaching experience at the secondary school level. - Strong knowledge of the IB Diploma Programme curriculum for Language Arts / Language and Literature. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learners.
