We are currently seeking an experienced Engagement and Wellbeing Lead to join our team as a Behaviour Specialist. This role is vital in promoting positive behaviour, enhancing student engagement, and supporting overall wellbeing.
Position: Engagement and Wellbeing Lead (Behaviour Specialist)
Location: United Kingdom
Minimum Experience: 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student behaviour and engagement.
- Provide specialist support to students experiencing behavioural or emotional challenges.
- Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to promote wellbeing initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour management policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in behaviour management or a similar specialist role.
- Good understanding of SEND, mental health issues, and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, parents, and external partners.
- Ability to develop tailored intervention plans that meet individual student needs.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis related to student behaviour trends.
