Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
- Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop instructional materials and strategies.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum of three years of teaching experience at the elementary level.
- Strong understanding of primary education principles within an international context.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
