Term Time Only, Permanent Position (0.8527 FTE) SFCA Support Staff pay spine points 9 – 11 (£26,818.00 - £28,634.00 per annum, £22,867.71 to £24,416.21 pro rata) We have multiple Educational Support Assistant roles available in response to sustained College growth to ensure our Faculty for Additional Learning Support continues to provide efficient support to our students. One of these posts includes a focus on Sports Coaching. We are looking for dedicated and compassionate education professionals who are looking to make a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Working as a member of the Faculty for Additional Learning Support, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to support students from across college, playing an integral part in achieving positive outcomes for these students. As an Educational Support Assistant at Loreto Sixth Form College, you will be supported by an experienced and dynamic department. Your responsibilities will include assisting during lessons, supporting individualised learning plans to help create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment, offering high level support to students from across the curriculum on either a 1-1 basis or in small groups, and providing support to students during offsite activities in a variety of educational opportunities.
