Recruiter Job Description Reports to: HR and Finance Coordinator and Head of Outreach Location: Remote with flexibility to travel to nationwide offices Contract: Full time Hours: Core operating hours 9am – 5pm. About Us: EK Outreach Services is a specialist provider of one-to-one teaching for students who are unable to access mainstream school environments due to medical, emotional, or learning difficulties. We work with students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), providing individualised support to meet their specific learning needs. As a trusted SEND provider, we offer tailored educational support to help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve academic success. Our goal is to offer high-quality education, giving students the tools and confidence to succeed despite the challenges they face in traditional educational settings. Our holistic approach ensures that students receive not only academic guidance but also emotional and social support, fostering both personal and educational growth. Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job description development to onboarding, whilst championing best practice, equality, and safer recruitment principles. Working closely with the Head of Outreach and our HR and Finance Coordinator, you will drive recruitment initiatives that align with our organisational development objectives and inclusive values. You will be expected to develop creative sourcing techniques, source high calibre candidates utilising the appropriate recruiting channels and ensure best practice recruitment processes are adhered to specifically around equality and importantly undertaking Safer Recruitment Training to ensure all staff are fit to work with children and young people. You will be expected to operate in line with our organisation’s inclusive values. You will need to manage the implementation of EK Outreach’s recruitment initiatives
