Educational Psychologist

Yas School is currently seeking to recruit a high-performing Educational Psychologist to join our team in August 2026 or sooner. At Yas School, we deliver the Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum and have a special focus on inclusive education, enrichment and preparing future ready learners. Founded in 2015, we are the largest single-campus K-12 government school educating 1750+ girls and boys on our extensive campus. We are seeking a proven practitioner, with expertise in UK or US curricula, and ideally experience with the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum. The successful candidate should: • Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology or Doctoral Degree in Educational Psychology • Licensed or eligible to be licensed as a psychologist in the UAE • Proficiency in English (demonstrated by a minimum IELTS score of 6 or equivalent). • Proficiency in Arabic is a requirement. • 4+ years’ experience as an Educational Psychologist, preferably in an educational setting The closing date for applications is Sunday, 30th August 2026 but applications will be reviewed as they are received, and Yas School reserves the right to make an earlier appointment.
