Education Coach (Teaching Assistant)

Inspire Learning Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in Rotherham which also includes Oakwood High School, Sitwell Junior School, Thomas Rotherham College and Winterhill School. Winterhill school is wanting to appoint an education coach who has a good understanding of supporting the needs of children and young people. The role will involve working with individual/identified students in lessons and our dedicated Connect/Re-Connect resource, to help them develop their academic, social and emotional skills in order to fully access and be successful within the school’s curriculum and wider activities.
