Education and Early Years Assessor

Salary: £27,533- £30,661 FTE (£14.31ph - £15.94ph) (Dependent on qualifications and experience) Contract: Permanent, Hourly Paid Required From: 2nd November 2026 or earlier. At Cirencester College, you would have the opportunity of helping students develop their skills and practices within early years settings. In a role that offers flexibility, you would work closely with students during their placements and offer feedback through formal and informal assessments of their practice. Each student is observed ten times throughout their course, and effective feedback is vital to their success. You would become part of a committed and supportive team who will readily share resources and best practices, and offer support whenever required. Within this environment we would help you further develop as a practitioner, as you in turn develop your students.
