Position Summary:
The Early Years Valley Campus Lead Teacher is responsible for supporting the academic excellence of the Early Years program while ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the Valley Campus. The role serves as the primary point of support for teachers, students, and families, providing instructional leadership, guidance, and coordination to promote high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
In addition to academic responsibilities, the position oversees key campus operations, including safety and emergency preparedness, daily logistics, communications, staffing coordination, and administrative support for staff and families. The role works closely with the Early Years Director and other school leaders to ensure alignment between educational priorities and campus operations, maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming learning environment.
The position also supports admissions and enrollment efforts, including managing receivables and conducting campus tours for prospective families.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvides, under the guidance and direction of the Early Years Director, leadership and support for the Early Years Valley program.
Works closely with the Early Years Director in monitoring the instructional program.
Meets monthly with teachers to follow up on and guide inquiry projects.
Assists the Elementary Principal in the supervision and evaluation of the Valley faculty.
Assists the Early Years Director in the professional support of the instructional staff at the valley.
In collaboration with the Early Years Head, supports the planning and execution of Early Years Valley events.
Assists in the coordination and implementation of report cards and parent-teacher conferences in the Valley campus.
Collaborates with the Counselor to proactively support students' social-emotional development and wellbeing.
