We are currently seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our Primary School for an immediate start. This position has been created in response to increased enrollment and growing class sizes within our Early Years section.

Job Description:
As an Early Years Teacher at KISU, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment in which young children can develop academically, socially, emotionally and physically.
You will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, independence and a love of learning. Through a combination of structured activities and purposeful play, you will support children in developing the expected foundational skills in Early Years.
The successful candidate will build strong and positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues and will work closely with Teaching Assistants and other members of the Early Years team to ensure every child receives the support and challenge they need to thrive.
You will also be responsible for monitoring and assessing children's progress, maintaining accurate records and using assessment information to inform future planning and teaching. A strong understanding of child development and the ability to recognise and respond to individual needs is essential.
