The Role Includes:
Leading an Early Years classroom with high standards of care and learning
Creating engaging indoor and outdoor learning opportunities
Observing, assessing, and responding to children's development and next steps
Supporting communication, language, early literacy, and mathematical thinking
Building strong classroom routines and emotional security
Working closely with teaching assistants as active members of
