Position Details Role: Early Years Teacher Phase: Primary School Curriculum: IB Primary Years Programe (PYP), with English National Curriculum objectives embedded throughout the school. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver play-based, and child-led learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework . Create a nurturing, inspiring and purposeful environment that encourages exploration, independence and a love for learning. Use assessment effectively to drive progress and raise attainment in core subjects Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development in line with IB PYP principles Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve teaching and learning. Build strong, positive relationships with parents through effective communication on child's progress, achievements and next steps Qualifications: Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Years Education or a relevant subject . Minimum of 3 years teaching experience at the elementary/primary level Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing. Proven ability to accelerate student progress Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills Desirable: Experience of the IB Primary Years Programe Experience of the English National Curriculum Values and Attributes Commitment to student-centred learning High standards and a strong focus on maximising learning opportunities Enthusiasm for professional growth and continuous improvement Respect for cultural diversity and inclusion Collaborative, positiv
