About this role
About the RoleAs an Early Years Stronger Practice Adviser, you will work directly with settings identified through the program to provide tailored, diagnostic-led support. Using coaching and mentoring approaches, modelling effective practice, and supporting leaders to develop sustainable action plans, you will help settings embed lasting improvements. Training will consist of 3 face to face sessions between September and December and support to settings will be delivered from January 2027.Who We
