Based at our iconic Roundhouse campus, we are seeking a passionate Assessor of Early Years to join our dedicated team on a maternity cover basis. The Opportunity This role presents a valuable opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the development of future Early Years professionals by delivering high-quality teaching, assessment, and support throughout their apprenticeship journey. It offers the chance to work closely with learners to drive progress, retention, and achievement, while also taking ownership of the full apprenticeship lifecycle—from recruitment through to successful completion. With a strong focus on compliance and quality, the role enables the effective use of digital platforms such as OneFile and Promonitor to monitor progress, track assessment activity, and maintain accurate documentation. Overall, it is an excellent opportunity to combine coordination, coaching, and quality assurance skills in a role that directly contributes to learner success and the wider Early Years sector.
