Duty Nurse

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled nurse to join our Medical Centre team, based within the Allardice Centre. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will provide expert medical care and advice to students throughout the school. The Medical Centre is an integral part of our sector-leading pastoral care. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a vibrant and welcoming school community. The team consists of a small team of Duty Nurses led by the Lead Nurse, working closely with the Head of Wellbeing, external GPs and the wider Wellbeing Team including CBT Therapists, a Life Coach and Clinical Psychologists. Working Arrangements The role is term time. The team work shifts, following a 4-week rolling rota (39 hours per week). The role holder will be required to work shifts of varying lengths (rotas include both short and long shifts) and 2 weekends per month. 6 weeks paid holidays (to be taken during school holidays).
