About this role
The successful applicant will be part of the Leisure Centre or Jubilee Grounds Management Team and will cover the day-to-day operations of the department as a key holder. They will ensure the areas associated with the Enterprise are kept clean and safe for users, meeting the requisite industry standards. Supporting either the Leisure Centre and Jubilee Grounds sports and events, you will have an overview of the delivery, customer liaison and site operations, including management of facility changeovers, adherence to cleanliness, compliance of Health and Safety procedures, and security of areas and specifically overseeing events at the Jubilee
grounds.
Jubilee post: A mixture of early and late shifts across a 7-day rota. Early shifts are 8:30am–5:00pm, late shifts are 3:30pm–11:00pm, and some Saturday late shifts are 5:00pm–1:30am.
Leisure Club post (Early Shift): Monday to Friday only, with early morning shifts from 6:30am–2:30pm. There are no late shifts.
Leisure Club post (Late Shift): Predominantly late weekday shifts (2:00pm–10:00pm) and early weekend shifts (8:30am–4:30pm) on a 7-day rota.
