Drama, Music & Sport Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator to play a central role in supporting our thriving co-curricular departments. Working closely with the Heads of Drama, Music and Sport, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across a wide range of activities, including individual music and LAMDA lessons, examinations, scholarships, productions, sporting fixtures, trips and events. As the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visiting staff, you will have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy school environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to the success of a vibrant and diverse co-curricular community. Salary: £19,774 – £20,389 (£26,722 - £27,554 FTE) dependant on skills and experience. All staff receive free lunches and refreshments.
