Core Responsibilities:
Subject Knowledge
Maintain high expectation and standards while having a positive input into the school ethos.
Support the establishment of a robust target-setting process within the curriculum area.
Create engaging learning experience for the students to develop transferable skills and become global citizens.
Contribute to curriculum development and maintain specialist expertise by being aware of recent developments in the subject of drama and dance.
Assisting the department with administrative tasks including audition schedule, stock take, events, and assemblies.
Attending meetings and trainings as required by the school management.
Promoting inclusion by celebrating diversity and providing equal opportunities.
Document students’ progress while conducting formatives and evaluations.
