About this role

North East Learning Trust is seeking to appoint a Director of Quality and Compliance (Primary) to join our dedicated Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional and highly motivated primary leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for children, shaping educational practice and driving sustainable school improvement. Working closely with trust leaders, you will influence positive change, strengthen partnerships and help secure excellence across our schools. You will also play a key role in nurturing the next generation of educational professionals, supporting the development of colleagues from initial teacher education through to aspiring and established senior leaders. This is an agile role requiring regular travel across Trust schools and other locations throughout the North East. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly across multiple sites and must be able to meet the travel requirements of the role.
