Our Ideal candidate will have: Extensive Pastoral and Inclusion Experience: Significant experience in pastoral leadership or inclusion. Experience Supporting Students with Additional Needs: Proven experience working with students with behavioural, emotional, or attendance needs. Strong Understanding of Behaviour and Attendance Challenges: Understanding of behaviour and attendance challenges affecting young people. Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to build strong working relationships with students, staff and families.
