We are seeking an exceptional Director of Inclusion to lead a whole-school vision for inclusive excellence, ensuring high-quality provision for multilingual learners and students with diverse needs, and fostering a culture of equity and belonging.
Working closely with senior leaders and staff, the role focuses on driving personalised learning, overseeing IEP and ELL provision, and building a strong, high-performing Inclusion team.
The Director will also champion student wellbeing, strengthen partnerships with parents, and use data to drive continuous improvement, compliance, and measurable impact across the school.
