Director of Finance & Operations

We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Operations to provide visionary financial leadership, operational excellence, and trusted strategic partnership at the highest level. This strategic role ensures the long-term goals of the school are met and that the academic and activities programs are efficiently and effectively supported. The DFO leads the school’s Operations Team, which includes Finance, Human Resources, Maintenance & Campus Development, the Office, and IT divisions of the school. This role would support the process of developing a master plan to redevelop the campus facilities, a short- and long-term financing strategy to support the facilities development, and review the processes used to develop and maintain the operational budget, in order for the school to live its mission.
