Director of Enterprise and Partnerships

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial director to join our team to lead the School's enterprise, commercial development and strategic partnerships strategy, identifying and delivering sustainable opportunities that diversify income, strengthen the School's reputation and support long-term financial sustainability. You will work across the School to maximise the commercial and strategic value of the School's facilities, estate, expertise, heritage, brand and intellectual property, while ensuring enterprise activity supports the School's educational mission. You will need to develop strong external relationships, including with businesses, educational organisations, charities and international partners, and to work closely with the Head, Bursar, Director of Foundation, Director of Marketing & Admissions and Leadership Teams to embed an ambitious, collaborative and outward-looking enterprise culture. This is a part time (50%), year round role with a competitive salary, pension and generous fee remission.
