The International School Ho Chi Minh City (ISHCMC) is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Director of Digital Systems & Learning Technology to provide whole-school leadership for our evolving digital landscape. This is a key strategic role connecting educational and operational priorities with technology, ensuring that our digital platforms, applications and learning technologies work together as a coherent, reliable and effective ecosystem for students, staff and families.
Working closely with the Head of School, senior leaders, academic teams and IT, the Director will lead the development and integration of key digital systems, including our Student Information System, Learning Management Systems and wider educational application environment. The role will oversee digital workflows, application integration and data integrity, while leading the practical implementation of agreed learning technology initiatives. The Director will also help shape our approach to emerging opportunities including Artificial Intelligence, digital learning, robotics and other technologies that can meaningfully enhance the student and staff experience.
We are looking for a collaborative and solutions-focused leader who combines strong digital and systems understanding with an appreciation of how technology can improve teaching, learning and school operations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across educational, technical and operational teams, leading complex projects and translating needs into practical solutions. Experience within an international or K–12 school environment is desirable, but we also welcome candidates from broader digital systems or educational technology backgrounds who are excited by the opportunity to help shape the next stage of ISHCMC's digital development.
