Reports to: Head of Outreach
Location: In-office, London (N4 2TG)
Contract: Part-Time, 3 days per week.
Hours: Core operating hours 9am – 5pm.

EK Outreach Services is a specialist provider of one-to-one teaching for students who are unable to access mainstream school environments due to medical, emotional, or learning difficulties. We work with students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), providing individualised support to meet their specific learning needs. As a trusted SEND provider, we offer tailored educational support to help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve academic success. Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Digital Communications & Marketing Lead to develop and oversee EK Outreach Services' entire external communications strategy. This is a pivotal role resulting from our strategic development plan, requiring a drive on our digital presence, strengthening our brand, and increasing awareness amongst commissioners, schools, families, and professionals. You will be responsible for supporting recruitment campaigns, managing our website and social media channels, producing high-quality marketing materials, and ensuring a consistent, professional identity across all communications.
