Part of the New Bridge Multi-Academy Trust, New Bridge College provides a learning space and hub for post-16 students from our 16–19 population, based at our campus in the centre of Oldham. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and adaptable Destiny (digital media) Job Coach to join our Bridging the Gap Team. This exciting role combines employability support with digital and creative engagement, helping students develop the skills needed to access opportunities within media, marketing, content creation, photography, film, social media and other creative sectors. Working within Destiny at New Bridge College, you will play a key role in supporting students within this work placement setting, helping them build the confidence, experience and workplace skills needed for future employment.
