About this role

Can confidently manage and monitor caseloads, working directly with students and families.
Understands the impact of trauma and is skilled in building trust and relationships.
Has experience in multi-agency working and can act as a key worker for complex cases.
Shares our ambition to shape Lees Brook into an outstanding, inclusive provider of education.
At Lees Brook, we believe in collaboration, continuous professional learning, and the power of community. You’ll benefit from a robust CPL programme and the opportunity to grow within a Trust that’s expanding its reach and impact across the region.
If you’re passionate about safeguarding and ready to lead with empathy, expertise, and purpose - we’d love to hear from you.
