Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design and Technology or a related field At least 1 year of teaching experience at the secondary level Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 3 Design and Technology curriculum Ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons for diverse learners Effective classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students Proficiency in relevant design software/tools is desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Values and Attitudes: Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued Passion for inspiring young people through Design and Technology education Patient, approachable, and with strong interpersonal skills Willingness to collaborate with colleagues Dedication to continuous professional development If you are enthusiastic about nurturing creativity and technical skills in young learners within a supportive Catholic educational setting, we would love to hear from you.
